A wine of legend first elaborated by the monks carrying out their penance at the Desterrats Estate. Strangely some enormous barrels were vanishing… Some said it was the angels taking them to heaven! A Grenache, Syrah and Carignan blend with Rich Ripe Strawberries, seasoned with white pepper and hint of oak.
